We start with high quality solid Oak.(High End Fine Furniture  Quality)

Factory cut for an awesome look.

2nd Step:
Then we put frames together using (2 small) 1-5/8" wood screws on each corner.

This makes them extra sturdy.We use a counter sink to hide screws deep inside wood.

Then we use wood putty to cover screws.

3rd Step:
Then we sand ALL sides/edges to make a smooth surface.(No sharp edges)

Then we are ready to add stain/colors.We add stain 1-2 times as needed.

4th Step:
After stain has had enough time to fully dry (usually overnight),we then Lacquer & steel wool twice.

This adds a seal/protection to the stain also gives wood a nice smooth feel to the touch.

5th Step:

We then buff & polish frame to finish the process.

6th Step:

Now we double check the fit & look of the frame with a CGC graded book.(If it's not good enough for our wall,it won't ship!)

7th Step:

Next we securely package individual frames.Then they are boxed and shipped.

Note this process takes about 3 hour to make a single frame.

(If I charged my full time wage it would cost around $80.00 each!)

We don't make any money selling 1-single frame that's why we

offer discounts on multiple purchases.(we can make 6 frames together in

around 6 hours time)
